We are a small Ontario chauffeur team, not a call-centre reselling your trip to whoever answers. The same people who take your booking dispatch your car and answer the phone on the day.
We built this around one idea: a Niagara day should feel like a friend with a nice car drove you — relaxed, unhurried, and honest about what things cost. Flat rate per vehicle, taxes in, free to cancel. That's the whole pitch.

Why flat-rate
Honest pricing, by design
Most tour pricing is built to look cheap and end up expensive — per-person fares, fuel surcharges, "gratuity included except when it isn't." We went the other way. One number, for the whole vehicle, with tax already in it. You know what the day costs before you say yes, and it doesn't change because your group grew by two.
That only works if we're genuinely local and genuinely small — so the person quoting you is the person who dispatches your car. That's the whole company, and it's on purpose.
